Lawned garden to the front and side with patio and furniture. NB: The gardens are unfenced, children to be supervised.
Parking: Garage and no parking restrictions or charges in the roads around the house.
Ground floor:
Family Room facing the beach and sea, with sliding patio doors leading to the lawn outside. A table and chairs of reclaimed wood, sofa and large flat screen smart TV produces a room flexible enough for a variety of uses. Meals with a view of the sea; a relaxing place to watch TV; a table for family board games or the room to flop into on your return from the beach or a walk along the front.
Kitchen / Diner: large, bright kitchen with table and chairs for six, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine and well-equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Cloakroom: WC and wash basin
First floor:
An expansive first floor living room with breath-taking sea views and room width patio doors leading out onto a balcony. It’s furnished with comfortable leather sofa and chair, two recliner chairs, a smart TV plus a ‘Butler’s Pantry’ – a bar in a cupboard. No need to go downstairs to the kitchen to refill those glasses! A memorable room, whether you’re drifting in and out from the balcony on sunny days and evenings, or cosying up in winter to watch the ever-changing sea and sky landscape.
Bedroom 3, agenerously sized twin bedroom with ample wardrobe and drawer space
Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 1 – very large bedroom with Queen bed, built in wardrobes and room width windows to interrupted sea views.
